Dental Implants

Dental implants are titanium fixtures that are used to replace the patient's natural teeth. They come in various widths and lengths to accommodate the patient's jaw structure. Placement of multiple implants can allow a patient to eliminate the need for a removable bridge or can be used to stabilize an existing removable bridge. In other instances, a single implant may be placed where a tooth is missing, eliminating the need for the adjacent teeth to be altered for a bridge.

The first x-ray shows hopelessly diseased upper molars which were removed and restored with two implants and sinus graft performed by Dr. Dibling. Implants are now two years in service and functioning well.
